How can I confirm my attendance to the event?

Once you receive your invitation and reservation, you have already confirmed your attendance at the event, you just have to follow the instructions from the email you received to make your payments and have your reservation confirmed.

Can I cancel my reservation and assistance?

The confirmation email you received, shows the changes and cancellation policies, if you do it before the date indicated in your email, there will not be any kind of penalty.

How can I pay for my reservation?

You will get te information in email with the ways you can use to pay for your reservation, choose the one of your preference and follow the instructions given in your email to make it.

How do I register the payment of my reservation?

It is very important to send the proof of payment the same day you make your payment, you can send it by WhatsApp to the number 442 438 8683 or by mail to pagos@mexcovery.com, if you do not send it the same day, it will be necessary to track your payment and the follow-up can only be done by mail.

How long do I have to confirm my attendance to the event?

All guest lists close 3 months before the event, you will have until that date to make your reservation and confirm your attendance.

Can I have access to the event if I don't book through Mexcovery?

The only way to have access to the event is by generating your reservation through the wedding reservation website or through the WhatsApp of Mexcovery that you have been given. If you do not book through this means, you will have to request a Wedding pass from the bride and groom, which has an additional cost, these Wedding passes are not always available, as they are limited.

What does my reservation include?

Include everything you have marked on your invitation, it is important to read it in detail so that you can know all the inclusions you have when traveling with Mexcovery.

Unwanted mail

All Mexcovery processes are automatic, every time something happens in your account, it is notified by email automatically, you should always check your spam.

Can I make payments to my reservation?

Before your payment deadline, you can make as many partial payments as you want, as it would be more convenient for you, remember to record and send proof of each payment you make.
